Last August 09, 2022, when Cosmetigroup International Corporation (CIC) held its General Assembly and the whole management particularly the back office led the program by laying down all the agendas to keep the consultants enlightened on how the protocols are implemented from that day forth. The corporation desires to develop more proper and better ways of delivering the services to their most valuable clientele in every form of operations in the field.
They tackled a variety of updates and key points to remember which the consultants must need to include on their lists of accountabilities as the "front liners" of the team. The management gave insights or update to some changes and progress that the corporation is working on for the welfare of both parties.

Marketing Department
The industrious and dedicated business operations & development officer (Ms. Jonah Bolanos) deliberated matters such as advertisement, promotional strategies and the strong course of trainings for the cosmeti' consultants in order to achieve or build a solid backbone for acquiring leads and having more progression of their work performances.
DIGITIZATION PROCESS
IT Department
The head manager (Mr. Eugene Jerusalem) of information technology discussed the incessant improvement of registration format for the employees, as well as the partial distribution of client QR codes. They'd also ran through the installation of internet services all across different branches in order to give a better and fastest way of operations and/or communication between the clients and the sales associates even on a digital space.
PROFESSIONALISM & CREDIBILITY
Customer Care Department
It handles all the concerns of customers by providing them a placid yet solid solution with the possible conflicts they might encounter all throughout the process. The line executive (Ms. Olivia Ramos) tackles some pointers that needs to be addressed properly for achieving a glorious and successful transaction between the company and our beloved clientele.

On behalf of the finance team, Mr. Wilbert Chy
immediately gave a solid and positive feedback to all the employees with regards to digital process of distributing compensations. In addition, he also gave insights on a felicitous ways of handling inventories etc.

This has been the usual tradition of CIC family for giving back the appreciation to all the employees especially the consultants for their full ardent and dedication as being the best on their chosen field.
